We operate on the service philosophy that our customers know the price of any repair before we start the work. You pay a diagnostic charge to have us determine what is wrong and then you have the option to decide if you want us to do the repair once we give you the cost of that repair. If you decide not to have us proceed, then all you are responsible for is the diagnostic fee. It’s that simple! No surprises. No looking at your watch as the tech performs the work. You are in control.
